Mike serves as a senior advisor for Alta Properties. In this role, he works with Kathleen to review and approve all new investment opportunities, provides guidance on operational and investment risk, and consults on strategic issues.

Mike is a Managing Director at Bain Capital Ventures and focuses on investing in technology and technology-driven companies. He has also served in several operating roles as President of a $110 million software company and CFO of a $70 million services company. Mike serves on the boards of a number of private and public companies. Prior to joining Bain Capital in 1991, Mike was a consultant with Bain & Company. In addition to his firm and portfolio responsibilities, Mike has served on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Boston for 25 years.
