The property is part of the William Paca Industrial Park in Harford County, just off I-95 on Route 24. The property was 87 percent leased at acquisition with tenants that include CrossFit Everlast and BriteStar Business.

Harford County has become a very desirable location for industrial space due to its proximity to Interstate 95. Demand for strategically located industrial space with one- or two-day delivery access to major population centers, like the Baltimore-Washington corridor, remains at an all-time high throughout the mid-Atlantic region and the Interstate 95 corridor.
